6 May 2008 Microgen plc (the "Company") Annual Information Update
In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2, the Company sets out below its Annual Information Update relating to information which has been published or made available to the public over the 12 months from 5 May 2007 to 6 May 2008 in compliance with the relevant law and regulations.
