Annual Information Update ('AIU')
for DCC plc
In compliance with Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005
(S.I. No. 324 of 2005)
1. Introduction
DCC plc published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 on 19 June 2008 and is now submitting its AIU to the Stock Exchange as required under Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 324 of 2005). We are publishing the AIU via an RIS and will be making it available on our website www.dcc.ie.
2. Chronological List of Announcements and Filings
