Annual Information Update/Annual Report and Accounts
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 have been filed with the UK Listing Authority in accordance with Rule 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules and are available for viewing at the UKLA document viewing facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
Copies of the report have also been posted out to shareholders together with the notice of the Annual General meeting due to take place on Friday 1st August at 10.00 am at the Company's Registered office - Suite 1 Courthill House, 66 Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AP.
