Glanbia PLC13 April 2007 ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE (AIU) FOR GLANBIA plc IN COMPLIANCE WITH PART 11 OF THE PROSPECTUS (DIRECTIVE 2003/71/EC) REGULATIONS 2005 (S.I. NO. 324 OF 2005) 13 APRIL 2007 1. Introduction Glanbia plc published its Annual Report on 13 April 2007 and is thereforesubmitting its AIU to the Irish Stock Exchange ("ISE") as required under Part 11of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 324 of2005). This annual information document has been prepared by Glanbia plc in accordancewith the provisions of Part II of the Prospectus Directive (2003/71/EC)Regulations 2005 and has been submitted to the Irish Stock Exchange for filingwith the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (the Financial Regulator)in accordance with the provisions of the Prospectus Rules issued by theFinancial Regulator.
