Fyffes PLC01 June 2006 ANNUAL INFORMATION DOCUMENT Fyffes plc Annual Information Document for the period from 20 April 2005, which is 12months prior to date of annual financial statements, up to and including 24April, 2006. The Company published its annual financial statements in respect ofthe year ended 31 December, 2005 on 24 April, 2006.
