2. Documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ('SEC')
The listing of the Company's American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange terminated on 19 May 2010. In addition, on 21 May 2010 the Company filed a certification on Form 15F with the SEC to terminate the registration of its ordinary shares under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") and to terminate its reporting obligations under Sections 13(a) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act. The Company's SEC reporting obligations were suspended upon the filing. Up until 21 May 2010, the Company submitted filings to the SEC in compliance with its SEC reporting obligations.
