Annual Information Update (AIU)

Introduction
Scarborough Building Society (the Society) published its Final Results on 23 June 2008 and accordingly is submitting its AIU to the UK Listing Authority as required under Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No 324 of 2005) and in accordance with paragraph 5.2 of the Prospectus Rules. The Society is publishing the AIU today.
