CRH PLC21 April 2006 CRH plc ANNUAL INFORMATION UPDATE ("AIU") CRH plc (the "Company") published its Annual Report on 31st March 2006. Thisannual information document has been prepared by the Company in accordance withthe provisions of Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations2005 (S.I.
