2. Documents filed at Companies House
The Company has submitted filings to Companies House in relation to the appointment and resignation of directors, change of director and secretary details, creation of a Single Alternative Inspection Address and the allotment of its shares, as well as the annual return, the report and accounts for the year ending 31 December 2008 and the ordinary and special resolutions passed at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2009.
