(the "Company") submits its third Annual Information Update, following the publication of the 2009 Annual Report which was published on the Company's website on 20 April 2010. This Annual Information Update refers to information that has been published in the UK and Canada.
This Annual Information Update provides information from 30 April 2009 to 10 May 2010. The Company's shares were admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on 18 May 2007, having previously been traded on AIM. The primary listing of the Company's shares is on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
