Annual Information Update
In compliance with Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I No. 324 of 2005):
1. Introduction
Dragon Oil published its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2010 on 13 April 2011. Accordingly, the Company is submitting its Annual Information Update (AIU) in accordance with the provisions of Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I. No. 324 of 2005) and Rule 7.1 of the Prospectus Rules. Dragon Oil publishes the AIU via an RNS today and makes it available on its website at www.dragonoil.com.
2. Chronological List of Announcements and Filings
The following is a list of all announcements and filings of a regulatory nature, i.e. as prescribed by the rules of the markets on which the securities are admitted to trading in the previous 12 months, together with the date of release. This includes all announcements made under the rules of the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) and the UK Listing Authority (UKLA). Dragon Oil plc is an international oil and gas development and production company, quoted on the London and Irish Stock exchanges (Ticker symbol: DGO). Its principal producing asset is in the Cheleken Contract Area, in the eastern section of the Caspian Sea, offshore Turkmenistan.
Dragon Oil (Turkmenistan) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dragon Oil plc, holds 100% interest in and is the operator of the Production Sharing Agreement for the Cheleken Contract Area. The operational focus is on the re-development of two oil-producing fields, Dzheitune (Lam) and Dzhygalybeg (Zhdanov).
