Matra, the independent oil and gas exploration and production Company with operations in Russia, is pleased to announce that The Annual General Meeting 2011 will be held at the offices of BDO at 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU at 11:00 am on Thursday 16 June 2011.

Formal notice of this meeting has been dispatched to shareholders together with a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2010, both of which can be downloaded from the Matra website.
