Annual General Meeting Statement
CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of veterinary services, is holding its AGM at 11.00am today.
At the meeting Richard Connell, Chairman, will make the following statement:
"In the financial year to date, I am pleased to report that we have continued to grow the business organically and through acquisition, most recently with the acquisition of the Rees Veterinary Clinic in Warrington on 30 November. The Board remains confident that the business will continue to perform in line with its expectations."
