Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend Update
Total Produce plc confirms that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy for the AGM to be held on Friday, 28th August 2020 will be posted to shareholders on 28 July 2020.
Subject to the shareholders' approval at the AGM, the final dividend of 2.5770 cent per share will be paid on 2 September 2020 to shareholders on the Register of Members as at 7 August 2020.
