Annual General Meeting - Update

The Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of Pollen Street Secured Lending plc (the "Company") will be held at 11:30 am today. At the AGM, the Chairman, Simon King, will give the following update.

As shareholders are aware, recent months have been eventful for the Company. It remains in an Offer Period under the Takeover Code and, for reasons that have been set out in previous RNS announcements, 12 months' notice of termination of the Investment Management Agreement was served in February. In recent weeks the board has consulted with a number of the Company's larger shareholders and outlined its conclusions in an RNS announcement on 16 June 2020. The process for selection of a new investment manager is being progressed and a further update will be provided in due course.
