Annual General Meeting - South African record date
Further to the 'Notice of AGM' announcement released on 26 March 2021, the Company notes that, in order to be entitled to participate and vote at the AGM, to be held on Tuesday, 18 May 2021, the record date on which JSE/South African shareholders must be recorded as such on the South African sub-register of the Company is Friday, 7 May 2021. Accordingly, the last day to trade in ordinary shares of the Company on the JSE and be able to vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 4 May 2021.
