Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

These documents can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.whitbread.co.uk.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, LU5 5XE on Tuesday 7 July 2020 at 3.30 pm. However, due to the UK Government restrictions on public gatherings as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, it will not be possible for shareholders to attend the meeting.
