Northbridge announces that its audited annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and the notice of annual general meeting to be held at 12 noon on 26 May 2016, together with the Circular and Proxy Form in relation to the Placing and Open Offer which was posted on 19 April 2016, are available from the Company's website at www.northbridgegroup.co.uk. The audited annual accounts and the notice of annual general meeting are expected to be posted to shareholders on or around 29 April 2016.
