Annual report 2013 and notice of 2013 annual general meeting

On 30 May 2013, Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") released its final results for the year ended 31 March 2013 under RNS number 8518F. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

Caledonia now announces that it has posted to shareholders its full annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 ("Annual Report 2013"), together with a circular containing the notice of its annual general meeting to be held on 24 July 2013 ("2013 AGM Circular").

Copies of the Annual Report 2013 and the 2013 AGM Circular have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
