2019 Annual Report and Accounts

A copy of Yorkshire Building Society's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Directors' Remuneration Report, within the Annual Report and Accounts, includes reference to a revised Directors' Remuneration Policy for Executive Directors to be put to members for approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 28 April 2020. In view of the current climate and the Covid-19 outbreak, the proposed change to the Directors' Remuneration Policy will be withdrawn and will not be put to a vote at this year's AGM.
