Meggitt today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2015 and Notice of the Annual General Meeting being held on 21 April 2016. Both documents can be downloaded at www.meggitt.com/investors. Meggitt's full-year results for the year ended 31 December 2015 were published on 23 February 2016, and are available at www.meggitt.com/investors. The full-year results announcement made on 23 February 2016 contains the information required to comply with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, including principal risk factors, details of related party transactions and the directors' responsibility statement.
