Inmarsat plc announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 has been made available to shareholders and this may be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's website at www.inmarsat.com.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Inmarsat plc has today submitted to the UK Listing Authority two copies of each of the documents listed below:

1. Audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009;

2. Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting; and

3. Proxy forms for the 2010 Annual General Meeting.

Copies of the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

The Notice of 2010 Annual General Meeting includes a resolution to adopt new Articles of Association. Copies of the new Articles of Association have been forwarded to the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.1.2.
