2011 Annual Financial Report
Trifast plc ('Group' or Company') has published its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2011. This publication together with associated documents has been sent to shareholders on the Register as at 30 June 2011.
The 2011 Annual Financial Report and related materials can also be viewed on the Company's website www.trifast.com. Printed copies can be obtained by writing to the Company Secretary at the Company's Registered office: Trifast House, Bellbrook Park, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QW or on request via the website.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, the Company has also submitted to the UK Listing Authority's online document viewing facility at The National Storage Mechanism - www.hemscott.com/nsm.do:

·; The Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
·; The Form of Proxy.

Directors' responsibility statement
The responsibility statement below which has been approved by the Board has been prepared in connection with the Company's full Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2011. Certain parts thereof are not included within this announcement.
"The Directors confirm that, to the best of their knowledge:
·; the financial statements, prepared in accordance with IFRSs as adopted by the EU and applicable law, give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit or loss of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole; and
·; the Directors' Report includes a fair review of the development and performance of the business and the position of the Company and its subsidiaries included in the consolidation taken as a whole, together with a description of the principal risks and uncertainties that they face."
