Publication of Annual Report 2008 and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 has today been sent to shareholders. Copies are available from the Company's office at Plant Health Care, Inc. 440 William Pitt Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
Also on 16 April 2009, the Company sent to shareholders Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM will be held on 5 June 2009 at Tavistock Communications Limited, 131 Finsbury Pavement, London EC2A 1NT.
