The Company announced its Preliminary Results on 8 September 2010 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Annual Report & Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting, proposed amended Articles of Association and information relating to the voting rights of shareholders (as required by section 311A of the Companies Act 2006) are available on the Company's website www.mucklow.com.
