Publication of Integrated Annual Report

Following its preliminary results announcement earlier today, Metlen's Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Integrated Annual Report") has now been published on the Company's website and is available at https://www.metlen.com 

In compliance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R, a copy has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") via the National Storage Mechanism, where it will shortly be available for viewing at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R(1A), the regulated information required under Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 4.1 has been issued in unedited full text within the Integrated Annual Report as uploaded and available on the Company's website and the National Storage Mechanism as noted above.

In addition, the Integrated Annual Report has today been filed with the Athens Stock Exchange in Greece and will shortly be available at https://www.athexgroup.gr

Metlen's 2026 AGM will be held in person on Thursday 21 May 2026 at 8 Artemidos Str., Maroussi, 151 25 Athens, Greece. Further details about the meeting, including a copy of the Notice of Annual General will be published in due course.
