Annual Report 2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Further to the publication on 18 September 2025 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2025, and in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available in unedited full text at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism:

1. Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2025 ('Annual Report');

2. Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company ('AGM Notice'); and

3. Proxy Form.

Hard copy versions of the above documents have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at the Company's headquarters at New Mills, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, GL12 8JR at 10am.
