· Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting; and

· Form of Proxy

The QinetiQ 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on Thursday 20 July 2023 at Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW.

The 2023 Annual Report should be read in conjunction with the Preliminary Results announcement issued on 25 May 2023, both of which can be viewed on the Company's website at www.qinetiq.com/investors.
