Annual Report 2009 including Notice of Annual General Meeting
Future plc, the international special-interest media group, is pleased to announce that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2009 were mailed to shareholders today and an electronic copy is available on the Company's website, www.futureplc.com.
Copies have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (telephone 0207 066 1000).
Copies of the Annual Report 2009 may be obtained from the Company by emailing [email protected].
The Notice of Annual General Meeting is set out on pages 90 to 94 of the Annual Report 2009.
The AGM will be held at 2 Balcombe Street, London, NW1 6NW at 12 noon on 18 March 2009.
