Annual Financial Report

 

 

Following the release on 25 May 2021 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2021, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts 2021.

 

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is available to view on the Company's website at https://investors.aveva.com/results-and-key-documents/.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
