Annual Report and Accounts, and Annual General Meeting
21 April 2011 - Exillon Energy plc, ("Exillon Energy", the "Company" or the "Group") (EXI.LN), a British listed independent oil company with assets in two oil-rich regions of northern Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for 2010 on its website at www.exillonenergy.com.
The Company will post to shareholders by 30 April 2011 a hard copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for 2010, as well as the Notice of the 2011 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") together with the Form of Proxy.
