ANNUAL REPORT AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The UNITE Group plc announces that two copies of the 2008 Annual Report, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 15 May 2009 (the "AGM"), the form of proxy for use in connection with the AGM and a copy of the draft Articles of Association proposed to be adopted at the AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
Copies of the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
It is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association at the AGM. A summary of the proposed changes to the Articles of Association is set out in the Notice of AGM which will shortly be available for download, together with the 2008 Annual Report, from the Company's website at www.unite-group.co.uk. The proposed new Articles of Association are also currently available for inspection at the Company's registered office and at the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
