Annual Report and Accounts 2020

Further to the release of the Company's Final Results announcement on 7 May 2020, the Company announces the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2020 (Annual Report 2020).

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5, a condensed set of financial statements, the principal risks, management report, and a directors' responsibility statement were included in full unedited text as part of the Final Results announcement.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted the documents below to the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection:

· Annual Report 2020;

· Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday 19 June 2020 at 10am; and

· Proxy Form for the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
