AA plcAnnual Report and Accounts

On 5 April 2016, the AA plc (the "Company") announced its Final Results for the year ended 31 January 2016. A condensed set of the financial statements and management report and a directors' responsibility statement were released on that date, in accordance with DTR 4.1.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has today posted to shareholders and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, the following documents: 

- The Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2016;

- Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Thursday 9 June 2016; and

- Form of Proxy for shareholders.

These will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5, the Annual Report and Notice of Meeting are also available electronically on the Company's website at: www.theaaplc.com/investors.
