Annual Financial Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Shaftesbury PLC (the "Company") announces that the following documents have today been published and sent or made otherwise available to shareholders:

• 2019 Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2019;

• Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

• Form of Proxy.

The Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2019 were released via RNS on 26 November 2019.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 31 January 2020 at 11am at Ham Yard Hotel, 1 Ham Yard, London W1D 7DT.
