AGM and Annual Report
Young’s is pleased to confirm that its Annual General Meeting will be held in The Civic Suite in Wandsworth Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, Wandsworth, London SW18 2PU at 11.30am on Tuesday, 10 July 2018.
The Company’s 2018 Annual Report (which includes notice of the Annual General Meeting) is being mailed to all shareholders today - for those that do not hold any of the Company’s A shares, the notice of meeting is for information purposes only. Holders of the Company’s A shares are also being mailed a proxy card.
A copy of the annual report is available on request from the Company at its registered office: Riverside House, 26 Osiers Road, Wandsworth, London SW18 1NH. It is also available on the Company’s website. Electronic copies of the annual report and proxy card have been submitted to the AIM Regulation Team at the London Stock Exchange.
