The following documents are today being posted or otherwise made available to shareholders of Ladbrokes plc (the "Company"):

1) 2013 annual report and accounts;

2) Notice of the 2014 annual general meeting; and

3) Proxy notice for the 2014 annual general meeting.

This follows the release on 25 February 2014 of the Company's preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2013.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing.
