The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2019 (the "2019 Annual Report") is available to view on the Company's website at www.lowandbonar.com/investors and will also be available shortly at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Subject to any special measures or restrictions put in place in response to the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, it is currently expected that the 2019 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted or made available to shareholders on 9 April 2020. An announcement will be made confirming this or any alternative arrangements, together with details of the Annual General Meeting, at that time.
