Annual Report and Financial Statements 2013
International Personal Finance plc ("the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2013 and Notice of its 2014 Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form.
With effect from Thursday, 20 March 2014 the following documents will be available on its website (www.ipfin.co.uk/investors/shareholder-centre/agm.aspx):
