Cenkos announces that the Company's has today posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 including the Notice of Annual General Meeting to all shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London EC2R 7AS on Thursday 10 May 2012 at 12.00 noon.
