Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

SThree plc announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2025 (the "Annual Report") and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 ("AGM Notice") on the Company's website at https://www.sthree.com/en-gb/investor-centre/.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the Annual Report, the AGM Notice and the SThree 2026 Long Term Incentive Plan Rules will shortly be available for viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

 The Company will hold its AGM on 29 April 2026.
