Annual Report and Accounts 2014 and Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting

The Annual Report and Financial Statements 2014 for Cobham plc was posted out today to shareholders who have requested copies together with the circular containing the Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting to be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday 23 April 2015 at the offices of Allen & Overy LLP, One Bishops Square, London E1 6AD.

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM , together with the Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting.
