Dragon - Ukrainian Properties & Development Plc announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2009 have been posted today to shareholders.
The notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting, to be held at 11:20 am on May 28, 2010 at the company's registered address Standard Bank House, One Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1SB has also been posted to shareholders.
