Notice of AGM and Annual Report and Accounts
HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd. ("HaiKe" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted (AIM: HAIK) petrochemical and speciality chemical business based in China, announces that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and shareholder proxy form. The AGM will be held at 10:00 am Hong Kong Time (3:00 am BST) on Tuesday 27 July 2010 in the conference room of the Regus Business Centre, 35th Floor, Central Plaza, Hong Kong, China.
