Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 French Connection Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 15 July 2021 at First Floor, Centro 1, 39 Plender Street, London, NW1 0DT.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and HM Government's ongoing measures on limiting group gatherings, shareholders are strongly encouraged not to attend the meeting in person.

In connection with this, the following documents have been made available to shareholders today:

 · Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2021 (the "Annual Report")

· Notice of Annual General Meeting

· Proxy Form

A copy of these documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism (NSM) and will be available for inspection at https://data.face.org.uk/#/nationalstoragemechanism

Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available to view on the Company's website at www.frenchconnection.com from today.
