Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Accounts
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global provider of secure payment solutions, confirms that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2020 together with its notice of meeting and accompanying form of proxy for the Company's Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 5 November at 11.00 a.m. (the "2020 AGM").
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UK Government has issued guidance and restrictions on non-essential travel and public gatherings and social distancing. As a result of this, the 2020 AGM will be a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend. Instead of attending the 2020 AGM, shareholders are urged to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post, as explained in the Notice of AGM. Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions at least seven days prior to the date of the 2020 AGM using the following e-mail address: [email protected] and the Board will endeavour to make available the answers to questions on the Company's website on the day of the 2020 AGM.

The Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form are now available to be viewed on the Company's website at https://www.pcipal.com/en/corporate-governance/#meetings
