Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (the 'Company') released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 30 September 2021 ('Preliminary Announcement') on 24 November 2021. Further to the Preliminary Announcement, the Company can now confirm that the 2021 Report and Accounts, Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Form of Proxy has been mailed to shareholders. The Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.brewin.co.uk/group/investor-relations.

All material required to be communicated to the media in unedited full text through a Regulatory Information Service under DTR 6.3.5 was in the Preliminary Announcement issued on 24 November 2021. This material is not a substitute for reading the 2021 Report and Accounts in full.

AGM

The Company's 2022 AGM will be held on 4 February 2022 at 12 Smithfield Street, London EC1A 9BD and will also be broadcast via a webinar. Further details of the online and telephone facility will be available on the Company's website.
