The Company further announces that in accordance with paragraph 6.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, two copies of its Articles of Association showing the amendments to be proposed at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2010 have been lodged today with the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility.
