Annual Report and Accounts 2012 and Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting

The Company has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2012 ("Annual Report") and Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting. Both documents are available for download at www.meggitt.com. In addition, attention is drawn to the Company`s full year results for the year ended 31 December 2012 which were published on 5 March 2013 and are also available at www.meggitt.com.

Copies of the Annual Report for 2012 and Notice of 2013 Annual General Meeting are being dispatched to shareholders and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, and will be available for inspection shortly at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Company confirms that the full year results announcement made on 5 March 2013 contains the information required for the purposes of compliance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5, including principal risk factors, details of related party transactions and the directors' responsibility statement.
