HomeServe plc advises that two copies of the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2010 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 July 2010 have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. The documents will shortly be available at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.

The Annual Report and Notice of Meeting were posted to shareholders on 21 June 2010 and are available on the Company's website www.homeserveplc.com/investors
